OKAY, WHERE DID YOUR EYES GO?
If you're at all normal, you looked immediately at the animated TV graphic, and found it really hard to keep your eyes off it. Even if you HAD wanted to read about why you should kill your television, that little TV would be distracting you. The damned thing is probably bugging you right now.

Motion is a powerful thing -- the eye is attracted to it almost irresistably. If your plans include animation on a web page, make sure it isn't actually taking attention away from the real message.

Just because you CAN make a spinning flaming logo doesn't mean you SHOULD.
